Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study included consecutive chronic kidney disease (CKD)patients who underwent renal biopsies at China-Japan Friendship Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A variety of acute kidney injury (AKI); 2. Cardiac insufficiency; 3. Serious infection or central nervous system symptoms; 4. Abnormal liver function:alanine aminotransferase (ALT) or aspartate amino transferase (AST) exceeds the upper limit of normal value of 2 times; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. the white blood cell count <4.0*10^9 /L, platelet count <100*10^9/L and 7. Mental illness and poor compliance.
