Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: woman the cause of tubal factor infertility; day 5 single blastocyst fresh transfer; previous embryo transfer number less than 2; older than 35 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non tubal factor lead to or combined with infertility; II PGD/PGS (planting preimplantation genetic diagnosis (planting preimplantation genetic screening) cycle; transplantation effusion in the uterine cavity and fallopian tube fluid, pelvic inflammatory disease; patients with 4 has the following abnormal uterine: uterine malformation (unicornuate uterus, double uterus, double uterus, mediastinum womb); adenomyosis; submucous myoma of uterus; uterine cavity adhesion; fifthly, husband and wife one side or both sides of the chromosome karyotype abnormalities.
