Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. With exudative pleural effusion of unknown etiology; 2. T he pleural effusion quantity is over 500ml; 3. HIV(-); 4. KPS>70; 5. Aged between 18 to 65.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pleural cavity atresia (severe pleural adhesion); 2. Pyothorax; 3. Hemorrhagic disease, platelet counts is lower than 4.0*10^9/L; 4. Severe hypoxemia, oxygen partial pressure is lower than 60mmHg; 5. Persistent cough uncontrollablly; 6. Severe arrhythmia.
