Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal control Group: The normal subjets between 50 and 80 old, with normal smell. Research Group: Patients with parkinson's disease, multiple system atrophy and essential tremor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with dementia and illiteracy; 2.Subjects with Nasal and sinuses trauma, nasal sinusitis, Acute respiratory infections or other central neural system injuries.
