Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with focal solid lesion in head or neck; 2. Sign informed consents to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients or relatives refuse to sign the informed consent benign lesion; 2. not primary cancer in head and neck; 3. History of radiotherapy and/or operation in head and neck region; 4. History of chemotherapy; 5. Benign lesion.
