Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part I: Confirmed via a biopsy in a diagnosed NSCLC patient who will receive the surgical resection soon. Part II: Confirmed by pathology, advanced chemotherapy-refractory in a diagnosed NSCLC patient who will receive the EGFR-TKI therapy soon.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part I: NSCLC patient who can't bear surgical resection. Part II: NSCLC patient without clear pathological diagnosis, or in an unfinished chemotherapy procedure, or not suitable for EGFR-TKI therapy.
