Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be aged 18 to 75 years; 2. the firstly diagnosed acute pulmonary embolism, anticoagulation and thrombolysis were not used.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. women in pregnancy; 2. severe illness in other system; 3. surgery and trauma in recent 3 months.
