Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: No bronchoscope operation contraindications, and signed the informed consent of the volunteers / patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. To be aged younger than 18 years and older than 75 years; 2. the active tuberculosis; 3. The heart function of IV and / or acute myocardial infarction; 4. combined with the blood disease or malignant tumor; 5. pregnant; 6. the mental patients; 7. the expected survival time shorter than 1 years; 8. the decline of lung function in patients with non COPD; 9. lung bullae of lung lobe larger than 1/3; 10. the chest spiral CT showed lower lobe bronchial stenosis or distal pulmonary change completely.
