18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The adult patients aged from 18 to 65 years old; 2. Gender was not limited; 3. Pathological diagnosis was low-grade glioma; 4. The glioma located in or close to Broca's or Wernicke's area; 5. Preoperative language function was unimpaired; 6. Unilateral language dominant hemisphere was defined by Wada test; 7. The patient had sighed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Others did not conform to the inclusion criteria; 2. The patient's arcuate fasciculus was infiltrated and destroyed by the gliomas.
