Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with coronary heart disease (angina, acute myocardial infarction) treated by emergency coronary angiography in Beijing Friendship Hospital during 2008-2013; (2) patients with coronary heart disease underwent coronary angiography from September 2014 to December 2015 (3) community residents over the age of 60 with two or more coronary risk factors (hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, smoking, obesity, family history of premature coronary heart disease), comply with blood tests during May 2014 to December 2014.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Blood diseases, malnutrition, previous myocardial infarction, coronary stenting, cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease, chronic heart failure, renal failure, chronic lung disease, liver disease, kidney disease, cancer, autoimmune diseases, active inflammation, prostate disease, uncontrolled systemic disease, thyroid dysfunction, taking hormones, weight loss, blood transfusion nearly three months, women in the menstrual period.
