20 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Less than 18 years of age, sex not limited; The first diagnostic colonoscopy; Willing to comply with the study procedures, signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: One had a history of acute myocardial infarction (within 6 months); One to be complicated with serious heart, brain, lung, kidney problems; The elderly population; The one to be complicated with chronic kidney disease, electrolyte disorders, heart failure, cirrhosis or taking angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors; Intestinal obstruction; The one previously accepted colorectal cancer operation; Pregnancy and lactation; Allergic to any component of simethicone; In other clinical trials are participated in other clinical trial or within 60 days.
