Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: (1) inpatients or outpatients; (2) Aged 16 to 60 years old; (3) met the diagnostic criteria of DSM-IV24 with schizophrenia paranoid type, major depressive disorder, bipolar I disorder, manic episode, bipolar I disorder, depressed episode and panic disorder, respectively; (4) participants sign the informed consent form. Health controls: (1) age, gender and education matched healthy individuls; (2) no organic brain disorders and heart, liver, kidney abnormality; (3) no history of mental disorders, alcohol and drug dependence.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: (1) pregnancy or the puerperium; (2) younger than 16 years or older than 60 years; (3) secondary mental disorders, such as mental disorders that occurred on the basis of the use of certain drugs or in patients with organic brain disease or severe physical illness; (4) current incidents of alcohol or drug abuse and dependence, or any other primary neurological illness, including dementia or stroke; (5) serious cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic or renal diseases or any type of tumor.
