Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of healthy volunteers: Age >=18 years old, gender and height, weight are unlimited, blood pressure in the normal ranges(systolic pressure 90mmHg-140mmHg, diastolic pressure 60mmHg-90mmHg), blood routine examination, blood glucose, blood lipid are normal, electrocardiogram and chest X-ray are normal,The thoracic echocardiography shows cardiac structure and left and right ventricular ejection fraction (EF between 0.55 to 0.80, LVEF acquired by bi-planar Simpson method) are normal,and valve without mild reverse flow above, there is no history of cardiovascular system operation. Inclusion criteria of unexplained cerebral infarction patients: CT or MRI diagnosis of cerebral infarction and clinical diagnosis of patients with cerebral infarction, but unexplained. Age >=18 years old, gender and height, weight are unlimited, blood pressure in the normal ranges (systolic pressure 90mmHg-140mmHg, diastolic pressure 60mmHg-90mmHg), blood routine examination, blood glucose, blood lipid are normal, electrocardiogram and chest X-ray are normal, The thoracic echocardiography shows cardiac structure and left and right ventricular ejection fraction(EF between 0.55 to 0.80, LVEF acquired by bi-planar Simpson method) are normal,and valve without mild reverse flow above, there is no history of cardiovascular system operation. Inclusion criteria of dilated cardiomyopathy: 1. Clinical manifestations show that cardiac dilatation, reduction of ventricular systolic function, with or without congestive heart failure, commonly with arrhythmia, complications such as embolism and sudden death; 2. Cardiac dilatation. X-ray cardiothoracic ratio >0.5, echocardiography shows heart chamber are dilated, especially LV, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter >=2.7cm/m2, cardiac can be spherical; 3. Echocardiography shows ventricular wall motion diffused decreassion, ejection fraction is less than normal. Inclusion criteria of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy: According to typical ECG, ECHO changes, and combine with clinical symptoms and exclude other specific(secondary) cardiomyopathy. Inclusion criteria of noncompaction of ventricular myocardium: In the left ventricular end systolic left ventricular short axis view observe a double layer, including a thin layer of dense layer and a thick layer made up of trabecular and deep fossae of non-dense layer, rhe thickness ratio between two layer are >2. The blood in LV could fill in the non-dense layer between trabecular fossae. Do not merge other cardiac structural abnormalities; The non-dense layer significant areas are located in the left ventricular lateral, apex and inferior wall.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dilated cardiomyopathy: Exclude other specific(secondary) cardiomyopathy and endemic cardiomyopathy (keshan disease), including ischemic cardiomyopathy, peripartum cardiomyopathy, alcoholic myocardiopathy,metabolic and secretory disease such as hyperthyreosis, hyperthyrea, cardiac amyloidosis, diabetes cardiomyopathy, genetic familial neuromuscular disorders cardiomyopathy. Systemic disease such as systemic lupus erythematosus, arthritis cardiomyopathy and toxic cardiomyopathy. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy: Exclude other specific(secondary) cardiomyopathy and endemic cardiomyopathy (keshan disease), including ischemic cardiomyopathy, peripartum cardiomyopathy, alcoholic myocardiopathy,metabolic and secretory disease such as hyperthyreosis, hyperthyrea, cardiac amyloidosis, diabetes cardiomyopathy, genetic familial neuromuscular disorders cardiomyopathy. Systemic disease such as systemic lupus erythematosus, arthritis cardiomyopathy and toxic cardiomyopathy.
