Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged between 45 to 65 who have regular menstrual cycles; 2. The patients accept the plan and the laboratory examination (for example, bone mineral density, bone turnover markers,liver and kidney function, blood sugar and so on); 3. The patients sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. metabolic bone disease around the body; 2. Fracture by traumatic injuries in two years; 3. Chronic diseases affecting bone metabolism, including diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, hyperparathyroidism, hyperthyroidism and other chronic diseases that require long-term treatment; 4. Severe heart and brain vessels diseases; 5. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. Chronic gastrointestinal diseases; 7. Acute or chronic infection in the near future; 8. Strenuous exercise in two or three days; 9. Serious organic disease, mental and nervous system diseases, and active osteoarthropathy; 10. The patients who have taken estrogen and calcitonin, or fluoride, bisphosphonates,adrenocortical hormone in one year.
