Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men or women aged 18 to 70 years old; 2. Willing to sign the informed consent Voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy and lactation, women's menstrual period; 2. Suffering from infectious diseases, trauma, infection, eczema, dermatitis or existence; 3. In accordance with one of the following conditions: ß adrenergic blockers used within two days; used H1 antihistamines, imipramine, phenothiazine,ßadrenergic drugs, etc in past one week; used short-term glucocorticoids in past one week; used local glucocorticoids in past two weeks; used long-acting glucocorticoids drugs in past four weeks; Other reasons not suite to participate the study judged by the researchers.
