Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged from 2 to 18 years old, who are diagnosed as multiple sclerosis by clinical manifestations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: those, whose clinical and laboratory indexes, imaging findings or follow-up date do not support diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, would be exclueded
