Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients scheduled to undergo elective surgery in our department of thoracic surgery; 2. aged 18~80 years old; 3. patients who agreed to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who have contraindications to surgery; 2. excluding patients who are pregnant and patients with lactation, puerperium and mental disorders; 3. excluding patients who have the recent application of hormones, sedatives or antipsychotic treatment; 4. patients who are accompanied by severe organic disease, significant memory, perception or behavioral disorders and life can not Self-care; 5. patients with OSAHS caused by hypothyroidism, acromegaly, vocal cord paralysis etc.; 6. patients who are non-Chinese; 7. patients who refused to PSG or whose EEG may be abnormal (Such as brain tumors, epilepsy and wearing deep brain stimulator, etc.); 8. patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 9. patients who are considered that they are not suitable for clinical trials by the researchers.
