Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ST segment elevation acute anterior wall myocardial infarction (myocardial enzymes increased; ST segment elevation: two or more adjacent leads is larger than 2mm, the new LBBB), the incidence of <14d; 2. or acute non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (myocardial enzyme CK-MB or cTnI or cTnT higher than normal high limit 5 times); 3. in line with any of the above conditions, whether or not line PCI, CABG or conservative treatment, can be entered into the group, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. previous history of myocardial infarction; 2. Persistent atrial fibrillation in patients with beta blockers or in the initial course of the disease; 3. has been installed pacemaker; 4. hemorrhagic disease, severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. the use of aspirin, clopidogrel, tirofiban, anticoagulant drugs such as contraindications for Grillo; 6. patients with poor compliance, recently accepted the PCI or CABG; 7. patients with acute inflammation, chronic respiratory disease, malignant tumor, immune system diseases.
