Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the patients with liver lesions from 18 yrs. to 60 yrs, who don't undergo TACE before operation or liver biopsy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age beyond 18 yrs and 60 yrs or undergo TACE before trials
