18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. CT findings of solitary pulmonary nodules, highly suspected lung cancer / pulmonary tuberculosis; 2. The pathological findings available, lung cancer confirmed by preoperative or postoperative pathology biopsy, or active pulmonary tuberculosis confirmed by sputum culture; 3. Not receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 4. Generally in good condition, good renal function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lung cancer group patients: postoperative pathology unavailable or not lung cancer confirmed by postoperative pathology; 2. Tuberculosis group patients: anti tuberculosis treatment is invalid or after followed up for 6 months and be confirmed not a benign lesion; 3. Tuberculosis group patients: death or loss to follow-up in the follow-up period that cannot be determined without malignant lesions or not; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Uncontroled blood sugar level.
