Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Serum samples of HCC, consisting of different types and stages of liver cancers and with proportional distributions of positive samples in the low, median and high measurement values
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Excluded samples that: 1) have microbial contamination; 2) are turbid with severe hemolysis (except used as the interference controls); 3) have incorrect clincal diagnosis.
