Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: suspected colonic CD and ITB patients were enrolled in the Department of Gastroenterology, Sichuan University West China Hospital. The diagnoses of CD and ITB were made based on clinical, endoscopic, radiologic, and histologic criteria provided by the American Gastroenterological Association Institute guideline for Inflammatory Bowel Disease and WHO Global Surveillance and Monitoring Project for tuberculosis. The exact diagnosis criteria of ITB was established based on one or more ofthe following indications: (1) demonstration of caseating granuloma and acid-fast bacilli in histological sections; (2) radiological, and/or pathological evidence of active tuberculosis elsewhere and dramatic response to antituberculous treatment; and (3) strong suspicion of tuberculosis by both clinical and histological characteristics, together with a sensitive response to anti tuberculous treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who had typical clinical manifestations and mimic EUS features with CD or ITB, but failed to fit the criteria of pathology or follow-up feedback are excluded.
