18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18~80 years old and both gender; 2. Outpatients in Xiangya Hospital of CSU who have taken the Bronchial Dilation Test in order to determine or exclude the diagnosis of ashtma and who have symptomes such as cough,pant,chest congestion,short of breath with obstructive pulmonary ventilation dysfunction (FEV1/FVC less than 70%, FEV1%vpred less than 70%); 3. People in the Health Examination Center in Xiangya Hospital of CSU; 4. Agree to join this Study and sign the Inform Consent Form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent drug use that can lead to bronchospasm or affect the Forced lung function; 2. Contraindications of forced lung function test; 3. Allergic to bronchodilators, can not accomplish the Bronchial Dilation Test; 4. Have serious disease of heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, gastrointestinal tract, endocrine and blood system diseases. Treated or untreated malignancies of any organ; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. With psychiatric disorders; 7. Can not accomlish the lung function test because of any other reasons.
