Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: series patients with endometrial carcinoma found by abdominal or transvaginal ultrasound examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with renal serious insufficiency; patients with an allergy to Sulphur Hexafluoride or composition of SonoVue, and deficiency in catalase; patients with right to left shunt heart diseases, Severe pulmonary hypertension, fails to control hypertension and adult respiratory distress syndrome; pregnant and lactating women,minors aged below 18.
