18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients informed consent to participate in clinical trials, and accept follow-up; 2. By B type ultrasonic or X-ray guided coarse needle biopsy confirmed breast invasive ductal carcinoma; 3. Aged == 70; 5. Liver, renal, bone marrow function of normal (ALT/AST/ALP/GGT4*10^9/L, HGB>9g/L, PLT>100*10^9/L; 6. Clinical confirmed no distant metastasis; 7. No MRI check contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Department of internal medicine disease is not controlled, including within 6 months of unstable angina, myocardial infarction, cerebral vascular accident; 2. For other body organs can not accept general anesthesia or operation treatment; 3. 5 years history of malignancy; 4. Had uncontrolled epilepsy, central nervous system disease or mental disorder history.
