Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Our hospital inpatients, with unilateral or bilateral pleural effusion; 2. Routine inspection failed to clear diagnosis, quasi thoracoscopy, and no thoracoscopy contraindicated; 3. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical thoracoscopy biopsy pathology results are not clear; 2. A variety of reasons result pleural effusion; 3. Doing thoracoscopy before PET/CT.
