Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the patient's informed consent;2. the initial diagnosis suspected TB patients during May 2014 - May 2015;3. samples taken before did not use anti-tb drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the patient didn't agree; 2. retreat TB case; 3. any anti-TB drugs.
