16 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Good adherence to patients and their families with informed consents; 2. adults, aged 16 years old and more; 3. admitted within 72 hours after injury and be diagnosed as severe trauma; 4. longth of ICU stay =48 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of coagulation disorders; 2.presence of hemorrhagic shock; 3.patients and their families who refused.
