Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and females aged 2 to 80 years; 2. To women of childbearing age, pregnancy test results must be negative; 3. Provide written informed consent and Willing and able to comply with all aspects of the protocol. If under 18 years old, informed consent will be written by the legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe immune abnormalities disease and are taking immunosuppressants; 2. HIV-positive patients.
