2 Years to 25 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed heavy form of ßthalassemia with age between 2~25 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with unstable vital sign or by other physiological or mental reasons can not undergo MRI exam; 2. relatives of the patient refuse to join this research; 3. patients with other diseases which can lead to iron overload; 4. patients with other diseases in liver or heart(ie. neoplasms); 5. patients have inflamation, liver disease, tumor,hemolysis or alcohol abuse.
