Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed or suspected solid pancreatic lesions according to clinical evaluation and other imaging studies; 2. long axis=2 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cystic pancreatic lesions, the size of lesions 1.5) or thrombocytopenia (platelet count <50,000), inability to sample the lesion because of the presence of intervening blood vessels.
