20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. a history of choking after emesis or eating within 24 hours; 2. existing of gastric contents or food in trachea. And the criteria for predisposing factors for aspiration is at least one of the following: 1) disturbance of consciousness to some degree from other diseases; 2) neurological disorders including drinking alcoholic beverages and epilepsy; 3) objective evidence of dysphagia such as esophageal neoplasms and cardiochalasia,etc; 4) gastroesophageal reflux (GER); 5) tube feeding on a pillow or clothing.6)Tracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) lung cancer; 2) bronchiectasia; 3) hyperamylasemia; 4) acute pancreatitis; 5) chronic pancreatitis.
