18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=18 years, both gender; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Elective surgery with general anesthesia and endtracheal intubation; 4. Sign the ICF, voluntary to participate and to be able to cooperation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)The patients with congenital cranial and maxillofacial deformities; (2)The patients with a tumor in the upper airway or adjacent areas: oral tumor, laryngeal cancer, etc.; (3)The patients with a neck tumor which is oppressing the airway or displaced the airway; (4)The patients with oral and maxillofacial deformities which are generated by Trauma, infection or tumors; (5)The patients with Small mouth deformities or sternomental adhesions which are generated by burn scar adhesions; (6)The patients with abnormalities anatomical structures near the airway which are generated by the Surgery or radiotherapy; (7)The patients with mandibular joint ankylosis.
