Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. clinically diagnosed with mediastinal tuberculous lymphadenopathy patients who performed normal in fiber bronchoscope; 2. All patients underwent routine clinical assessment (pyrexia, night sweats, etc), a enhanced CT scan (mediastinal lymph nodes enlargement more than centimeter and special characters in radiologic sign that indicated mediastinal tuberculous lymphadenopathy); 3. fiber bronchoscope perform normal prior to EBUS-TBNA; 4. voluntarily participating and Informed Consent Form being signed; 5. aged 18-70 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. They are elderly patients, pregnancy, cardiac functional insufficiency, hepatic and renal function insufficiency or otner serious systemic diseases; 2. They have contraindication to the bronchoscope; 3. They have a tumor history; 4. Prior bronchoscope show the lymphatic fistula.
