18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 65 years, Male and Female; 2.Eligible Liver biopsy samples are available within two week; 3.Patient is able to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable or unwilling to provide informed consent; 2. Malignant tumor or other terminal disease; 3. ALT > 10 NUL; 4. Autoimmune liver disease?Hepatobiliary parasitology; 5. Patients with non compensated cirrhosis ( especially with ascites); 6. BMI>30; 7. Patients with implantable medical device such as pacemaker; 8. Patients with wound in right upper quadrant; 9. Pregnant women.
