Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: female;18-85years old;clinical stage I-III of breast cancer;clinically node negative at time of diagnosis;have signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: clinically node postive at time of diagnosis; have severe allergic history or allergic to ultrasound contrast agent; have axillary operation history; inflammatory breast cancer.
