Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The babies have been suffered from congenital syphilis; 2. HIV-Ab is negative; 3. babies parents signature the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Babies have been suffered from serious hepatic, nephrotic and heart diseases; 2. The babies have psychiatric diseases family history; 3. The babys mother is alcoholic patient or drug abuse patient; 4. The baby needs to be treated by immunosuppressive therapy.
