18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. healthy subjects ready to travle from Beijing to Tibet by plane; 2. subjects knowing the aim of the study and giving informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with asthma,rhinitis, atopy; subjects with coronary heart disease and uncontrolled hypertenion and other severe disease; subjects refusing to giving informed consent and failing to finish the procedure.
