20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing knee and hip replacement operation; 2. Spinal surgery patients; 3. Patients with hip fractures; 4. Patients with spinal fracture surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have a recent history of inflammatory disease; 2. Patients have liver, kidney disease medical history; 3. Patients have recent surgery or trauma histories; 4. Patients have the past history of thrombosis; 5. Patients aged over 70 years; 6. Patients have unexplained abnormal level of D-dimer before operation.
