Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with suspected hyperacute or acute stroke. Any patient with the possiblediagnosis of ischemic stroke will be eligible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 operative contraindication;2 patients with metastatic disease
