Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 30 and 80 years and sinus rhythm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: renal dysfunction (serum creatinine > 120 umol/l); prior iodine contrast allergic reaction; known pregnancy; history of prior percutaneous intervention or bypass surgery; arrhythmia or heart rate ?90 beats/minutes after administration of beta blockers.
