18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-75 years; 2. clinician considered that the lesion need biopsy to confirm the disease,including: (1) OLK,OEK after symptomatic treatment, there is no improvemnet; (2) OLP had been treated for multiple courses, but the lesion was hard to heal; (3) OLK,OEK,OLP suspect, lack typical characteristics; (4) Above diseases, hyperplasia, canceration suspecting; (5) Mass, ulcer, erosion can not diagnosis, canceration suspecting1. 3. (Blood Rt, coagulation profile, Glu, C-Rp, CEA, AFP) NA1; 4. Volunteers (Sign informed consent).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinical impression does not accord with above diseases; 2. Severe inflammatory reaction(large area hyperemia, erosion); 3. Women in pregnancy or lactation period; 4. Severe systemic diseases(coronary disease, hepatitis); 5. Carcinoma in other place of the body; 6. Can not follow the doctors advice.
