45 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who has been pathologically diagnosed as prostate cancer through prostate biopsy, is in accordance with the indications of radical prostatectomy, and whose CMRP4 methylation status in prostate biopsy is eligible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: (1) who has been pathologically diagnosed as BPH in prostate biopsy; (2) who has received neo-adjuvant endocrine therapy after diagnosed as prostate cancer; (3) who cannot tolerate operation after diagnosed as prostate cancer through prostate biopsy; (4) the amount of the biopsy sample is inadequate to evaluate the CMRP4 methylation status.
