Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. selective patient needing one lung ventilation; 2. ASA classification I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. refuse to attend; 2. with severe cardiovascular disease; 3. severe liver dysfunction(Child-Pugh C); 4. other conditions which investigator think inappropriate for this study (document causes).
