Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) more than one swollen joint; 2) age >=16 years; 3) disease duration <=1 years,
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) severe heart, liver and renal disfunction (1.5 times above upper normal limit); 2) alcohol addiction; 3) women who were pregnant or lactant.
