Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients with serious arrhythmia, liver, kidney, thyroid function was normal, no history of iodine allergy, in line with the breath-hold check. The checks were heart color echocardiography, combined with more patients in the clinical rule out cardiac function II. Patients with renal insufficiency were excluded. All patients were in sinus rhythm. 30 min before the heart rate> 65 beats / min, check given metoprolol 12.5 to 50mg, to exclude patients with severe bronchial disorders.
