18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient whose primary tumor is diagnosed (lung cancer, breast cancer,et al) within 1 year and who was suspected brain metastasis according symptom or patient who was highly suspected brain metastasis due to the intracranial lesion detected by the CT etc, no matter the primary tumor is not found; 2. Willing to sign the ICF; 3. Older than 18year old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients who have any contraindication to MRI or CE-MRI; 3. Patients who was treated for his/ her cerebral metastasis before this study; 4. Patient who is sensitive to any component of the MRI contrast agent or patient who has the history of severe allergy or allergic athma; 5. Patients whose eGFR<60 ml/min/1.73 m2.
