Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From November 2 of 2011 to June 30 of 2012: 1. Patients who will be performed contrast enhancement chest CT examination for pulmonary masses; 2. age >=45 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient who is allergic to any component of Iodine contrast agents; 2. patient with hyperthyroidism or malignant thyroid tumor; 3. Patient with severe damage of renal function, defined as GFR<30mL/min1.73m2; 4. Pregnant or maybe pregnant woman; 5. Patient without good consciousness who may not complete the examination; 6. Patient with serious heart failure(NYHA 3-4), or multiple organ failure; 7. Patient who cann't hold breath for any reason; 8. Patient who cann't stand intraveneous injection with the speed of 5ml/s; 9. patient with other X-ray examination within 72 hours to 7days before the contrast enhanced CT examination; 10. patient with other clinical trial within 30 days before the contrast enhanced CT examination; 11. Patient without inform consent for any reason.
