Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. chronic liver disease with different cause; 2. without contraindications of biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Can not receve liver biopsy; 2. with other cancer; 3. other organ or tissue with advanced fibrosis.
