Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pleural diseases that are difficult to diagnose; 2. Agree to take thoracoscopy test and obtain informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pleural diseases that have been diagosed; 2. Severe diseases of vital organs; 3. Dysfunction of vital organs; 4. Hemorrhagic diseases or hemorrhagic tendency; 5. Cannot tolerate thoracoscopy test
